AVIATION CERAMIC COATING

Reliability & Maintenance

Regular maintenance and consistent reliability are paramount for aircraft operation & safety. Due to high cleaning and paint repair costs, Maintaining how your aircraft looks can sometimes take the backseat to safety or mechanical issues. Ceramic coating your aircraft can greatly reduce both the required cleaning time and cost while extending the operational life of the paint.

Drag Coefficient & Performance

Our Titainium-Graphene based ceramic has been shown to reduce the overall drag coefficient of airfoils and exterior surfaces increasing Laminar Flow. Any reduction in surface friction or turbulence translates to better performance and improved fuel efficiency, significantly benefiting aircraft performance.

Fuel Economy

By reducing friction and enhancing surface smoothness, our aviation coating contributes to the physical efficiency of the aircraft which translates to real-world operational cost savings and environmental sustainability.

Aesthetic Performance

Any aircraft represents a significant investment. The primary purpose of our aviation ceramic is to physically protect this investment and reduce operational expenses. In addition to the ultra-hydrophobic properties and microscopically smooth finish our coating provides and retains an exceptionally pristine appearance.

OUR PROCESS

Enhanced Flight and Advanced Ceramics

Our aviation ceramic has been tested and vetted by Boeing, and currently hold their D6 classification for use in Aviation. While undergoing durability and wind tunnel testing certain coated surfaces and airfoils saw a reduction up to 2.3% in their corresponding drag coefficient profile.

Operational Fuel Cost Reduction

Arguably the largest operating expense for aircraft is fuel. Our Aviation Ceramic aims to reduce the overall operational fuel cost by not only with its extremely low drag coefficient resulting in excellent and even increased laminar flow. Additional to the excellent surface characteristics, once applied our fully cured ceramic has a total thickness of no more than 5 microns and un-measurable weight increase.

Ceramic Durability and Longevity

Our Advanced Ceramic Coating offers not only extreme ease of maintenance and exterior upkeep, but can easily double the operational life of your paint. Many factors can cause damage to an aircraft’s paint including Micro Abrasions and wear from air particulates, corrosive components of weather, and the exponential increase of UV radiation with altitude.

Aesthetic Performance and Investment Protection

Any aircraft represents a significant investment. The primary purpose of our aviation ceramic is to physically protect this investment and reduce operational expenses. However, due to its ultra-hydrophobic properties and microscopically smooth finish it will also retain an exceptionally pristine appearance.
